What Amhara teaches
I'm a 200 RYT Yoga Instructor based in Laguna. Since 2010, I've tapped into the world of holistic healing, and I've been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring holistic healers. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.
