How sessions and materials reach you.
What is delivered
Amhara Yoga delivers services, in person and online.
Sessions
In-person sessions take place at the location confirmed when you book. Online sessions are delivered by video link, sent to the email address on the booking ahead of the appointment. Please join with a working camera, microphone and a stable connection.
Written material
Anything prepared for you individually after a session is sent by email to the address on the booking.
If something does not arrive
Automated confirmations are often filtered into spam or junk folders, so please check there first. If it is still missing, get in touch through the contact page with the date and the email address used, and it will be sent again.
Email addresses
Delivery depends on the address given when booking. If it was mistyped, let us know and everything will be re-sent to the corrected address.
